With a fully equipped kitchenette it’s perfectly possible to cook for yourself. There’s a very good local pub just a few minutes walk away. The beach is very close by.

Fantastic place! Super clean,cozy and comfortable. Great location. Shame I was on my own,travelling for work,otherwise there are great opportunities to explore in the area! Massive thanks to the hosts for their brilliant work!

To be honest, at first after booking Orchid House I read the reviews and was a little hesitant due to people saying not much privacy as the main house is just there.
After I'd settled in I felt much better
Me & my partner at no point felt like we were being watched or bothered at all, no people in and out, no one in the shared garden or anything. It was a lovely little stay away.
The owners also put some of my left behind belonging to one side for me & I collected no problem, beautiful main house, seems like a lovely family too.

In a good location, the bed was comfortable.
No info on what to do if the fire alarm should go off. No welcome pack or brochures on what is around to do or places to eat in the area. No privacy as you have to walk through their patio,and opposite the front door is a hot tub, for their use only. Fair enough, but I wouldn't want to be walking past them in the warmer weather. No BBQ, or patio chairs for the holiday stay were seen, only 1 toilet roll.!They will have to up their game
