The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet. We liked the location within easy walking distance of many sites and proximate to public transportation. Highly recommended

While the hotel isn't the most accessible from the airport, everything else was absolutely perfect. I paid extra for the Opera view, and it was worth every penny—just staying in my room made the whole trip feel so much more luxurious and fulfilling.
The service was top-notch; every staff member was polite, and I especially remember a very kind male staff member who went above and beyond. Plus, the surrounding area is packed with trendy cafes, lovely bakeries, and the Opera House. A beautiful place to stay!
