    We were three ladies on trip. Our stay was great. We could easily get drinking water crockery, and space for sitting in the entrance of hotel for free. The room was also comfortable and tidy.

    Very well located, very quiet and secure. The down part for me would be no Wi-Fi and no fan at the room, other than no breakfast. But for a short stay i would recomend!

    Upon our arrival no one was there to receive us, when we called the number pasted on the main entrance we have been told to use back door which was password protected and the staff took 10 minutes to provide the password. Moreover the room keys were kept in a locker and staff on call took another 15 minutes to provide the password then only we were able to collect our room key. Room was too small.

    We stayed at Hotel Copenhagen for one night before taking an early morning flight from Copenhagen Airport. Location is all this hotel has going for it. The room was tiny, had no air-conditioning and really lumpy old pillows and blankets (although hiding in fresh sheets). Hubby and I immediately got backpacker-hostel feels when stepping into the room, but this is labelled as a hotel and I'm sad to say I've stayed at many better hostels than this. In addition one out of the two shared toilets on our floor was out of paper when we arrived, which we alerted staff too, but nothing was done to fix this. The other toilet didn't lock properly and was filthy, lending bathroom visits a rather unpleasant experience. We booked this hotel as it is really central and in a great location to drive to the airport and all we really need was a few hours sleep before heading off. But in hindsight all I can say is, I wish we didn't.
