Automated door opening app was great, staff was very nice, all was perfectly clean and comfy

Maybe bathroom garbage could be taken out more often.

Decent sleep and okay value for money. Paying more for location to wake up by the harbour. Easy access even late at night (with codes only) but all automated and didn’t interact with any staff (in case that’s important to you). Capsule itself seemed comfy, well insulated and decent size, although can be on the warm side. No air con in the capsule but didn’t seem stuffy so def well ventilated which I prefer over freezing aircon.

Not staffed (or maybe just at late check in but all automated). I downloaded an app to access the doors and capsule. Not sure how this would work without phone or if battery died so something to be aware of. And I couldn’t communicate with the venue prior to late check in (phone no just referred back to email). The bathroom (1 toilet, 2 showers, 1 sink) for the amount of double bed capsules in the room seemed very small and not enough.

Really awesome location! And great value for staying in the middle of the city. It is a perfect option for saving money without having to stay in actual dorm rooms, especially when it is just for a nights sleep. We also loved the old building it was in.

There was no storage in the capsule, so if you didn't want to leave the bags outside for safety reason you had to basically take them into bed with you. A shelve at the end of the capsule over the feet would be such an easy and helpful solution. Turning on the van is very loud, but without it the capsule gets very stuffy, so we ended up leaving the slide door open, but only because our room only had four capsules instead of some of the others that seemed to have numerous capsules and no windows.

Location location location… and of course very nice and friendly staff

Capsule idea is not the best experience especially that is not so budget as it looks like. All extras you have to pay for it such as towel, tea or shower gel or even locker for your travel bag. Have to add that vent system was not working properly (very noisy all night long) either light were flashing and one of the 2 USB ports was not working . As a general hostel, capsules gives you a bit more privacy but nothing else. It’s just a hostel in a box! Maybe it’s good idea but with a bit bigger configuration as the other one in town.
