This hotel is magnificent, I highly recommend it, especially since the people who work at reception are very friendly. If I return to Copenhagen, I will choose the same one. It is truly exceptional.

Every morning they give free fresh nice filter coffee and Sabina at reception is really helpful for everything. She recommend places and gave me printed. It really made my day easier and fun. The room (i stayed in room) there was snow and the view of entrance of hotel/garden was so nice. Place of hotel is so nice you are only 5 minutes walk from center and you are walking by the side of Nyhavn canal (which was frozen when stayed there).
Check in hour is 3 pm which is kind of late but they have lockers so you can put your luggage with charge and go enjoy till check in time. Also fresh bakery would be nice with their morning filter coffee (As a recom.)

Had some issues with the capsule door locking me out but the front staff was kind enough to give me another capsule while he tried opening the other capsule where all my belongings were locked.
It could have been a bit more cleaner, specially in the bathroom and the toilet.
