The perfect location
Much to our surprise, ants were discovered in all sorts of places in the room: shower, bed, table. Something you don't expect to find in such an expensive hotel. In the middle of the night when an ant climbed on me, my husband went down to the reception to share it with them and was told that all the rooms were occupied and there was nothing they could do about it at the moment. In the morning we went up again and said that yesterday we had ants in the room, the answer they gave us with humor was "There are no ants in any rooms, only in your room. Unfortunately, ants can get anywhere and there is not always control over this." A strange answer that does not meet the needs of the customer. We paid 230 euros per night and did not sleep a minute because ants climbed on us. We would have expected to be compensated for a certain amount. In addition, breakfast is not included in the high price per night and we had to add an additional 36 euros. In conclusion, not worth the price.
