The staff was great, the amenities were very nice after long days of walking. (sauna and steam room).
The location is good, it is walking distance from the city center, you can use the metro very easily, it’s right outside the doors to get to Baixa-Chiado and beyond.

The hotel is in a good location and very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Ate dinner at the restaurant upstairs and was disappointed- service was very slow, unfriendly and the chicken we ordered was very overcooked. But , overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
