We found this house a great base for our business trip. Would definitely book again. Deserves 11/10.
Very easy to find not far off the A61 literally just outside Derby city centre, with private parking for two cars on a drive right outside the front door and FOC on-street parking for more. Entry was via lockbox, so we didn't meet the host, but the check-in and check-out instructions were very easy to follow. House has literally everything you need in terms of appliances (including a dishwasher) and is modernly decorated/furnished in light colours which give the place a nice feel to it. There are some signs of wear and tear (e.g. to the carpets) but everything was clean and my group had a very comfortable stay. Great value for money and I would thoroughly recommend this property as a base for anyone staying in the area.
We didn't venture out there as we were "out" most of the waking hours, and the weather was generally foul when we were "in", but the back garden looked a little sparse. Looked like more could be made of it.
