My stay was absolutely perfect clean room, great location, and excellent host!
Everything about my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was ideal — close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. I really appreciated the little details that made the stay feel special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

It was in a nice, quiet location with easy reach to main roads and a bus stop nearby. Rooms were clean and comfy with a bedroom downstairs for nanny. Kitchen is well equipped you can park in the driveway.

A great location, nice & helpful host but property standard does not reflect the photos or price.
The location was great, only about 10 mins drive from central Derby and close to main roads to go further afield. Space for 2 cars comfortably on the drive. Host very quickly accessible through WhatsApp and could get maintenance if needed on the same day.
The house was not a great standard of cleanliness, hob was dirty on arrival, kettle was unusable, damp on the walls, dust and rubbish under furniture and kitchen and bathrooms needed wiping down to remove limescale, grease and ominous coloured fluids. 2 of the 3 sofas were broken, one with a broken recliner and one with something metallic broken in the seat. One of the dining chairs kept coming undone on the back rest as well. Beds are quite hard so it's down to your personal taste on that one.
