Väldigt mysigt och tryggt område. Stor och rymlig lägenhet som var väldigt fin och hade det man behöver. Trevlig och smidig kontakt med uthyrarna.

Vi hade råttor på utegården vilket kan vara ett vanligt problem för alla med innergård i Barcelona men det gjorde att vi inte vågade använda utegården.

The location was great and the space in the apartment worked well for my family.

The entire apartment was unkempt, very grimy, and clearly not well maintained. I also think the apartment should be better stocked with more towels and basic supplies such as sugar, coffee, etc. The bedding was filthy, there was dust gathered in various places, and there were visible stains. The sofa was also filthy and was in desperate need of either a thorough cleaning, replacement, or at the very least, a sofa cover. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was barely hanging on and popped off several times due to the water pressure. I was unable to sleep in the bedroom I had chosen because there was no AC and the heat was unbearable. As a result, I ended up having to sleep on the filthy sofa instead. This apartment has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, the overall feeling I get is that the owners simply take the money and don't care enough about the guests staying there.
