I liked the communication and Cristian who personally came over to hand over the keys - explain how things work and work out check-out details. There is only 1 bathroom but it was still extremely clean with towels, soap and all the things needed. They were great and provided us with extras like laundry detergent etc. I actually loved how communicative Cristian was.
This property is managed by Happy Place Barcelona - that was not quite clear when we booked. It is important to make this clear as I thought I got phished by some other company. Other than that - everything was great.

Excellent location in a lovely area of the city. Friendly check in process. Clean apartment, and felt very safe. Air-con very good too

The location is perfection with restaurants all around and the ability to walk everywhere. We even had a surprise Carnaval parade on the square!!
Nothing-we had a wonderful and very comfortable stay! Check in and out was very easy and communication superb!

Es gab einen Türcode per Handy-App und zusätzlich eine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Cristian war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, vieles gut durchdacht. Sogar Geschirrtücher lagen bereit. Die Lage war für uns hervorragend. Ganz in der Nähe war die Metro-Station "Diagonal" mit Zugang zur L3 und anderen Linien. Casa Battlo, Casa Milà, Casa Vicens sind von dort fußläufig erreichbar. Zwei Supermärkte und mehrere Bäcker sind zwei Straßen weiter zu finden. Es gab Klimaanlagen in den drei Hauptzimmern. Für 4 Tage ließ es sich in der Wohnung mit 5 Personen wirklich gut aushalten.
Nichts, was man hier aufschreiben müsste.
