Urban Flats Vallirana

Bezproblémová komunikace, pohodový check in i check out, výborná poloha (klidná čtvrť i ulice, 5 min na metro, market 30m), čisté ubytování, velmi dobrá dostupnost z letiště.

Byly k dispozici pouze 2 tablety do myčky, nebyla k dispozici utěrka na nádobí, k dispozici pouze 3 roličky toaletního papíru, příliš hlučná lednice pro člověka, který spí na pohovce, nepříliš ideální hluková izolace bytu (splachování, pes, hluk z ulice (naštěstí se jednalo o klidnou čtvrť)).

We loved the location of the apartment. It was easy to reach the main attractions in Barcelona, or get around by Metro or bus. There is a bus (#27) going to Sants Train station on top of the street, and this was very handy. The area is nice and very safe in the evening. Great churros on Carrer de GuillemTeil :) The flat is spacious and comfortable. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the utility room, and enough pods/tablets to get you going while you are there. Host responds very fast, although you never meet anyone. Check-in on the dot, as the access code to the building and the flat is not given in advance.

I expected a balcony from the photos on booking.com, but the photos combine the different flats they have in the building. This was a bit confusing at first but not an issue. Although the double bed in the bedroom is very nice and comfortable, the sofa bed was not so great. The mattress could do with a fresh-up (stains of all kinds..), and it doesn't stay really stay horizontal when you lie down. Also there is a constant and quite loud noise in the kitchen ( from the hot water tank I think), and it was a bit annoying. Thankfully we were so tired at the end of the day, it did not affect the stay too much. Overall it was a great base to explore Barcelona.

location is convenient and quite! The property is modern.

Gute Verbindung in die Stadt dennoch zu weit entfernt vom Stand

Leider war es nicht sauber. Die Betten hatten Flecken, der Wasserhahn war verschimmelt, die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft und die Toilette funktionierte nicht richtig. 1000€ waren leider zu viel für die Unterkunft
