About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a residential area right next to Avenida Diagonal, within walking distance of Paseo de Gracia, Rambla de Cataluña, and Las Ramblas. The neighborhood is also filled with a variety of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Our family enjoyed this lovely and convenient apartment, which was walking distance to everything we needed, including markets, shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean with air conditioning in each room, which was great during the summer. The check-in process was very smooth and the staff at YouStylish Apartments were very helpful and prompt in answering questions. They arranged a driver to meet us at the airport and then met us at the apartment to ensure check-in went smoothly. We highly recommend this property for families on holiday!
