About this apartment rental
We welcome you to the elegant and comfortable triplex apartment with terrace and pool in the Sagrada Familia! This incredible apartment has approximately 70 m² and a large solarium of 35 m². It is located in a building with a lift (attic) and offers the option of private parking for €25/day. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful garden and a refreshing community pool. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transport, with the Joanic metro station (L 4) within walking distance.
This apartment with terrace and pool in the Sagrada Familia is an elegant and comfortable triplex, divided into three levels that give dynamism and modernity to the whole complex. The first level is intended to accommodate the common areas, which include a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The second level is intended to house the rest areas, with two comfortable double rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other room has two single beds and also access to the same terrace. A bathroom with a bathtub is located next to these rooms. On the third level, you can enjoy a large terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. It is an optimal place for eloquent evenings. In addition, the apartment has a large outdoor pool where you can spend memorable days or simply relax.

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.
-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Had an amazing experience staying at these apartments. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

This was once a nice apartment that has not been well maintained. The front door does not lock manually (lock is broken). which is worrying, as access is otherwise only with an electronic key app. The livingroom door to the terrace doesn't lock, either. The shower is rusty, the shower glass is too high so water leaks out, and the shower head itself can't be fixed, so you have to shower by holding it over your head! The electric window blind in the main bedroom was ripped and broken, so could not be lowered. There is no dryer, just a clothesline, but the washing machine, on every cycle, gets stuck 12 minutes before the end, so the clothes are dripping wet and have to be squeezed out by hand. A terrace chair was ripped, the seal and shelves in the fridge were loose, and there were black skid marks on the livingroom wood floor. The listing doesn't make it clear that the pool is communal, and does not mention you can only access it via a dark, deserted parking space. Location is superb, and whatsapp contact with MySpace was fast, but most of these issues were reported, and nothing was done. Except, there was no hairdryer, but when we reported that, they DID bring one (after insisting on inspecting the bathroom, where it should have been).
