Spacious penthouse in Gràcia with pool and terrace, with an area of 80 m2. On the terrace located on the roof of the building, you can lie down and enjoy the wonderful climate of Barcelona. The apartment has a full bathroom and two bedrooms, the largest has a double bed and the smallest has two single beds. In addition, in the living room, there is a double sofa bed where two more people can sleep. The apartment is equipped with clean sheets and towels ready for use.
The living room is very bright thanks to the natural light that enters through the window that overlooks the balcony. The distribution of furniture and modern decoration makes it look even more spacious. The kitchen is located on the same floor and is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob. The apartment also offers an iron, a hair dryer, TV, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi; In this way, you should not worry about anything other than enjoying your stay.

Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

Some aspects of it were great, other could use some easy improvement. The location, entry process(request remote entrance via app), and living room spaces were great, and the kitchen was very functional. It was great to have a roof patio and laundry in-unit. However, simple things like the staircase handrail not being fully attached to the wall, no bathroom trash, and difficult (or broken?) bedroom AC made the price feel disproportionately high. We booked this unit over another because of the pool, but the pool was not swimmable (mid-Sept) due to algae covering the steps and walls - not safe.
