Spacious apartment with three floors in Barcelona that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for groups of families and friends. It has two rooms located on the second floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, all prepared with clean sheets. On the same floor, you will find the complete bathroom, equipped with clean towels ready for use.
On the first floor of this beautiful apartment with a communal pool, you will find the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need to prepare your own meals: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and ceramic hob. The living room is nicely decorated, has a TV and a double sofa-bed in which two more people can sleep. The apartment has a communal terrace and pool, plus a private balcony.
To ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, the apartment also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and parking spaces on request.
This apartment can be rented for days, weeks or even months. It is the ideal accommodation for groups of families or friends who come to Barcelona for vacations, business, university studies, medical stays and more. Any reason is good to stay in this magnificent apartment.

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

We loved the stay in this apartment very well located you can walk to the main attractions, everything very well from the arrival check-in very fast they came right away and that we arrived late 21:30 the apartment very clean with everything you need to cook a little and the bed very comfortable with designer furniture all very well the staff very friendly and helpful

Fin lejlighed i Gracia, som er en hyggelig lokal bydel.dog var der en del, som trængte til at blive repareret, og pærer der skulle udskiftes. Fik lovning om det på dag 2 af vores ophold, men de vendte aldrig tilbage. Vær også opmærksom på at når Homeaway har fået sine penge, så er det svært for dem at svare på en email. Det samme gælder for deres samarbejdspartner, som 10 dage efter afslutningen af opholdet endnu ikke har returneret mit depositum
