Sunny apartment Gracia - Joanic Renovated

L'emplacement à proxiité du métro. Quartier calme et bien desservi au niveau commerces

Salle de bain petite avec peu d'espace pour les serviettes. Equipement cuisine restreint (pas de lave vaisselle, pas d'égoutoir pour vaisselle., pas de grille pain,). Equipement cuisine mauvaise état (poêle très abimée)

Wygodny, słoneczny apartamenty, w dogodnej lokalizacji. W pobliżu: stacja metra, kameralne bary, piekarnia, warzywniaka, Aldi.

Posizione super. A Gracia, un quartiere delizioso per passeggiare, mangiare e bere qualcosa. A venti minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia e a tre minuti dalla metro linea gialla. Davanti a casa un parco giochi, perfetto per chi viaggia con bambini e due supermercati a tre e due minuti. Alla fine della strada c'è il mercato coperto della Libertat (dove consiglio di mangiare e fare la spesa). Letti comodi e le due camere perfette per coppia con bambino. La cucina piccina ma funzionale e ottima la doccia Proprietari disponibili e attenti a tutto. Ci hanno lasciato per un late checkout visto che non avevano arrivi, una comodità immensa!

La camera da sulla strada quindi si sente il rumore delle persone la notte (portate i tappi)..ma lo segnalo solo per renderlo noto, a noi non ha dato fastidio

Great location if you want to be in Gracia (which is a v cool neighbourhood). There was a great bakery and coffee shop minutes away as well as lots of excellent tapas bars and cocktail places. It’s also 2 mins from the metro. The flat was nice, had a decent amount of space and was bright as advertised.

A few things could be improved to make this flat brilliant. The air con barely worked and is only in the master bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the living room and smaller bedroom but no air con. Also, the photos make it appear like there’s a balcony from the living room and this is not the case - there’s one (very narrow) balcony in the main bedroom which is quite uncomfortable to sit on for 2. Also the shower is not great - the large part that looks like a rainfall shower spurts water in random directions and is basically unusable. The hand held is fine though. A bit overpriced for the facilities. Also the flat lacks little details like towel hooks, a place to put your toiletries in the shower and wine glasses (there were only 2 of random sizes). We were there in October 2023 and there was a lot of loud construction work going on in the building next door from 9am. Not much the owner can do about this but it would have been nice to be warned at least. Bring ear plugs!
