Location was good. Top floor was appreciated for noise. Staff was responsive to assistance requests

1. Coffee supplies were the wrong size. 2. Door handle needs fixing and was not fixed during my stay 3. main heating unit does not blow air 4. Several burners on the stove did not work. 5. Not enough toilets re-supplied for a 2 week stay. 6. Not enough clothespins provided 7. No laundry detergent provided 8. Directions to climb the stairs to the unit were inadequate. 9. No spices provided for cooking 10. Toilet paper was bare minimum acceptable grade 1 ply 11. Water temperature was inconsistent and unreliable. 12. Pricing was at least double of what it should have been

- the apartment was big enough for a family of 4 - it wasn’t in a crowded place which was nice

- if we go back we would stay closer to the beach for our kids - attention: we were asked to pay a late check-in fee even though we haven’t been informed prior to our arrival and this has not been mentioned on booking.com. I’m the meanwhile, the management has refunded me the money, however only when I asked if they could show me where this was mentioned in the reservation on booking.com - the blinds of the window towards the balcony broke the first evening we were there. This has not been fixed during our 5 days stay, even though we reported this issue immediately.
