Location is great! The apartment is decently spacious, well equipped and clean.

Appartement très bien situé dans Gracia proche des p'tits restos. A 20 min à pied de la Sagrada et du parc Guel. Métro proche. Idéal pour visiter Barcelone. Spacieux, propre et calme. Arrivée et départ autonome. Nous n'étions que 2 mais le logement peut accueillir 4 personnes. Chambres ouvertes.

El pestillo de la puerta de entrada a la vivienda es electrónico, no tiene tirador, está muy duro y resulta muy dificultoso abrir la puerta. Una persona con manos pequeñas, poca fuerza o algún problema físico, por ejemplo artritis en los dedos podría quedarse encerrada en la vivienda. Falta un buen tirador que facilite la apertura.

The location is great - so many good places to eat and shop.

The place looks better in the photos, in reality is more outdated and some things are a little worn out. The floor was not very clean when I arrived, they did offer to send someone to clean it but it should have been clean before my arrival. The building is old and noise carries throughout - I heard the neighbours and in the evening music from the bars around. The closet in the bedroom was used to store an enormous supply of cleaning detergents - I had to move everything out to the balcony because of the smell (and the bedroom doesn’t have windows to air out). Overall the apartment is okay but doesn’t justify the rate they charge.
