הדירה בקומה שניה, ללא מעלית. המדרגות צרות מאוד וקשה להעלות את המזוודות לדירה. זה דרש מאיתנו מאמץ מאוד גדול.

Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo, muy limpio, amplio. Se ve que fue remodelado hace poco. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia muy agradable. Ubicado en el barrio de Gracia , que es un barrio con mucho encanto, con buenas conexiones con el resto de la ciudad y cerca de todo lo que pueda necesitar. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida y agradable.
Las escaleras del edificio que dan acceso al apartamento. Tienen los peldaños muy estrechos y con superficies irregulares. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas porque solo llevábamos una mochila cada uno, pero serían muy difíciles si llevas maletas o, por ejemplo, un carro de bebé que no puedas plegar. Imposibles para personas con problemas de movilidad.

We liked everything, the beds were comfortable, large apartment with all the necessary amenities, quiet neighborhood with supermarket, cafes, metro, bus and restaurants at a walking distance! I would definitely recommend this flat to couples and families!
We were at the second floor, the only disadvantage was that there are a lot of narrow, small stairs but we managed with 10 and 12 years old children!
