The location is excellent, with a metro station just a 7 min walk away and a chance to enjoy views of the Sagrada Familia every day.

Stuff very unprofessiional, app was t heated days before our arrival (and weather in Barcelona was 8c)
On the day of the arrival we came at 7pm, late check in, and stuff has turned on heating at our check in. App was very cold to stay in(i needed to sit in jacket and my hands were cold ), logically as it needs time to get heated, it is central heating- so I asked kindly stuff to bring any heating device as we have late arrival and we need to shower , kids as well. But stuff was not polite and didnt want to do anything. Their answer was you need to wait. App was normal after 24hrs. IT was very cold evening, night and morning after, and all was arranged on time by our side they knew kids will come and well in advance we booked and paid.
