The apartment is in a great location and a great layout. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would stay here again!

Really enjoyed the stay and how we were close to all the attractions.

Although the apartment was nicely furnished and in a prime location, there was such a lack of attention to detail that our otherwise memorable stay became frustrating. For example, the rental company did not leave us any directions about the neighborhood, or even any directions about how to work items in the apartment such as the washing machine, the dishwasher, the microwave, and the coffee maker. In fact, there was no effective way to make coffee because the drip coffee maker was broken and the pod coffee maker only made shots of espresso, but there was no directions on what size to buy or how to use it. In addition, we found multiple stains on our sheets and pillowcases. The sheets obviously had been bled on at one point and had not been bleached and cleaned properly. Also, the air conditioning unit was not powerful enough to circulate throughout the house and the rooms were too stifling for comfortable sleep, but no fans were provided. In addition, the beds were made only with sheets and there were no blankets, so when we dragged the mattresses into the air-conditioned front room to sleep, we ended up freezing and wrapped in sweaters. These are all details that should be attended to as part of running a rental unit, and the fact that they were overlooked distracted greatly from the visit.
