From the apartment you can easily walk to many of the attractions of the city. It also offers excellent transport: buses at the door to the beaches, and within minutes, metro, funicular de Montjuic, tourist bus, shuttle to the cruise terminal and dock swallows for boating.
It has one bedroom with double bed (150x 200 cm) and two bedrooms with 2 indiviudal beds (90x200cm) + 1 futon bed (80x190cm). Equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, spacious living room with terrace, additional seating area.

Everything provided that we needed, and within easy public transport reach of all the places we wanted to go, either by bus or Metro. The area isn't the nicest but we didn't have any issues at all, and the local park is very good for running off steam.

Ignacio (Sara’s husband) was wonderful and informative. He made sure that we were comfortable and answered a lot of questions. We had a great 4 days in Barcelona, except that my husband’s wallet was taken while we were on the Metro.We heard that this could happen and we took the necessary precautions but it wasn’t enough. This problem is really bad not just for tourists but locals too. It is so unfortunate and such a violation but despite it all, Barcelona is worth visiting and the apartment is worth renting.

Our family of five shared a very pleasant experience in this apartment. Three bedrooms slept five adult size people comfortably. Good kitchen / laundry met all our needs. Very spacious overall, and clean. Hosts were exceedingly pleasant and willing to help make our stay in Barcelona a good experience.
As others noted, the location is also ideal. Right across street from the maritime museum, short three-block walk to two metro stations (one of which also serves as starting point for the funicular to Mountjuic), and easily accessible walk to groceries, Las Ramblas / Gothic quarter, and the entire waterfront.
Would highly recommend.
