This elegant, practical and well decorated apartment is located in a very central area where you can walk everywhere. Places like La Rambla, the Sant Antoni neighborhood, the Magic Fountain of Montjuic or Plaza España surround the accommodation. You will love my place not only for the location but also for its cozy area, comfortable beds, elegant decoration… My accommodation is suitable for families or groups of friends thrill seekers and business travelers, since it is close to the places that They organize important fairs. I guarantee that you will not regret choosing my place to enjoy your vacation to the fullest.Cozy apartment with pieces of art is located in the Eixample district, in the heart of Barcelona. You will relax in a very comfortable living room with integrated kitchen. It has four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. You can refer to the pictures so that you have a better idea of the description provided. In addition, the place has two balconies, one with a view of Comte Borrell street which is a pedestrian street and the other in the main room, which is in the interior patio.. In addition, the apartment is well decorated with functional furniture.
The apartment is also equipped with everythink you need, with central air conditioning and hot water heating. In addition, Guests will find everything they need to cook in the kitchen, they will also be able to find sugar, olive oil, salt and more. I kindly offer a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules for your arrival. You will have a good 100 Mb Wi-Fi connection.
Public transport is very well connected from the house. There are 2 Metro Lines: L1 (RED LINE) that will take you to Plaza Cataluña or the Gothic Quarter in no time; L2 (Purple Line) will take you to the Magnificent Sagrada Familia in a very short trip. In addition, the city center is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

We stayed here with six friends on our first visit to Barcelona. The neighborhood is very local, Barcelona-centered and non-touristy. Loved our stay. Close to coffee shops, metro, buses, shopping. Very nice accommodations.

This stay is in a great neighborhood that is a walk from tourist sites in a quiet space surrounded by great restaurants and markets. We loved the layout of the apartment, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. I hope I get to stay there again!
