2. An actual apartment in the heart of Barcelona
3. Very good transport network - bus, train..
4. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby
1. It is on the pricier end but I think that's just the standard for Barcelona now.
2. No where to store luggage and have to either drop off at their office which isnt nearby OR pay for luggage storage (which is also just round the corner) but adds to the cost.
3. No blackout blinds/shutters/curtains for living area and guestroom. Only in main bedroom.

The location was good
The customer service was not good.Difficulties getting through the customer service over the phone.When you call them they don’t speak a good English.I called and I was asked if I spoke Spanish or Japanese.How do you expect a tourist from USA to speak Japanese?
