About this apartment rental
This bright and modern 50m2 apartment has 1 double bedroom with a full bathroom and a second bedroom with a single bed with another bathroom. The living room includes a single sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Ideal for young couples and being able to enjoy Barcelona from a strategic point. Or families with a child who wants a quiet stay in a completely renovated building.
The kitchen is fully equipped and fully open to the dining room, allowing you to enjoy a large space. The double room has a great calm when opening onto an interior patio.
It is a great option. Located in a very quiet area, this apartment will allow you to enjoy the view of Gaudí's fabulous work: La Sagrada Familia.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

We loved this cute apartment! We had enough space and it had everything we needed, including items in kitchen and hair dryer in the bathroom. Extra towels and extra blankets as well. It was also nice to have the basics in the kitchen since there was a market down the street so we bought a few breakfast items to cook in the mornings. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the host was in constant communication, so there were no delays in checking in. Location was great too!! It was so nice walking just a few minutes to the metro and passing the Sagrada Familia every day. Would definitely recommend!

The property is beautiful! The location is perfect, so many restaurants around, walkable to la sagrada familia and overall in a very good neighborhood. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
