Excellent location, a spacious place, and it contains everything needed for a family stay.

For a smooth and satisfying experience, I recommend communicating with the owner via WhatsApp for all the details. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and very easy to follow. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to Sagrada Familia and very close to Metro Line L2, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. The view of Sagrada Familia is absolutely stunning, both during the day and at night when it’s beautifully illuminated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment description was very accurate. My friends and I stayed for a week and truly had a blast. It is located in an older apartment building, so you can expect a vintage-style elevator and walls that aren’t perfectly soundproof. However, this did not bother us at all and honestly added to the authentic Barcelona charm. Situated in a real local neighborhood, it gave us an immersive feeling of living like Barcelona locals rather than just tourists. It was truly a memorable stay in Barcelona — we would definitely love to come back.

The apartment's location was perfect, close to public transport and bakeries/supermarkets. We really enjoyed the view of Sagrada Familia from the windows. It was very clean and tidy and had all we needed during our stay. The owner responded quickly to our request to check in earlier and we really appreciated it!

The bathroom door needs fixing because it makes some noise when opening or closing, and it was annoying especially at night.

Location was good - 7 mins walk from Sagrada Familia and we could see it from the balcony. Mario was kind enough to let us stay till 3pm before we headed to the airport. He was also accommodating when it was my error in the number of people staying there. We just needed to top up the difference. Please see my reviews on what I didn't like about this place.

We were not greeted by the host (unlike as stated by the other tenants) - that's besides the point. Check-in time was 3pm and we arrived at 3.30 pm, the cleaners were still preparing the place for us so we had to wait for them to finish. Mario was not very nice when he commented that we arrived early!! Upon checking-out, I spoke to him over the phone, and he accused us of taking the iphone cable & charger of one of his cleaners (that was kept in the kitchen cabinet which I happen to see when I was looking for dishwashing liquid). The girl asked me if I saw charger (using google translate) and I went straight to the cabinet to show her but it was gone and there was another plug there which was not the one I saw – we were using android phones and I told Mario we did not take it but he kept asking me to check my bags!! Note: her brother came at 12pm to do the cleaning and I told Mario that he could have taken it and now they are pointing the fingers at us! Mario said I should not get upset about this!!!! The company renting out this place needs to do repairs before they rent it out again - One bedroom window blind could not be rolled-up; the dryer door was broken (literally no glass); the bedroom door couldn’t be opened fully as it scraped the floor; bathroom door was creaky and woke up the rest if someone goes to the toilet.
