Sagrada Familia Forest is a 700 sq.ft. / 65 sq.m. bright two-bedroom apartment located in Barcelona, around the corner from the Basílica de la Sagrada Família and just a 15 minutes walk from the lively neighborhood of Gràcia and the fancy Passeig de Gràcia, with its luxury boutiques and modernist landmarks.
The Space:
Upon entering this unit, you’ll be met by the bright living room which has a flat-screen TV and a wide dining table for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with first brand appliances, including a washer-dryer combo, a dishwasher and a microwave-grill, as well as a countertop oven.
The master bedroom is exterior and has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Located right next to it, there is a second bathroom that also comes with a walk-in shower.
This home also features integrated heating and air conditioning, fibre internet connection and a convenient safe box.
IMPORTANT: This property can only be rented for temporary stays of between 31 nights and 11 months, for vacation and recreational purposes only. In compliance with Spanish and Catalan regulations, guests must sign a temporary stay contract and provide personal and stay details
