Good location, right on major bus routes. It was also spotlessly clean.
The 'facilities for disabled guests' was a bit of a stretch! The lift was so small my 11yr old's small manual wheelchair could barely fit, and definitely not with an adult in there too! The internal doors were incredibly narrow, definitely not suitable for a larger wheelchair.
For some reason a tumble dryer is provided but not a clothes horse! With the temp well over 30°c I didn't want to use a tumble dryer.
The 'balcony' is actually a storage area for extra chairs, mops, buckets etc. Not usable at all.
The entry system was really not straightforward. You can't get access until you've paid the tourist tax and uploaded passport details etc, but the link was only sent to us on the morning we were travelling, and once we arrived we didn't have WiFi/ days to start checking emails. Nobody answered the provided phone numbers.“
