Great location, spacious and well equipped apartment. Very comfy overall.
There are no keys. You always have to use an app to enter leave. Their communication was not great. Struggled to reach them. They sent a contractor to look at the AC whilst i was there but they never gave me a heads up Very expensive

De online tag om binnen te komen functioneerde slecht. Toen ik het bureau van Alcam belde voor hulp werd ik zeer onvriendelijk te woord gestaan door een medewerkster die uiteindelijk het gesprek beëindigde. De douche en toilet waren slecht en de balkondeur van de slaapkamer kom niet worden gesloten waardoor er veel lawaai van de straat te horen was.
