Todo perfecto, la ubicación, muy cerca del centro, al lado de la plaza de España, del Montjuic y del Palau Sant Jordi, ya que fuimos al concierto de Rosalía y la cercanía al palau nos venía muy bien. La amabilidad de su anfitriona, Sara, una mujer encantadora, que nos dio todas las facilidades posibles para que nuestra estancia fuese lo mejor perfecta, estaba siempre disponible para cualquiera duda mediante whatsapp. El apartamento era espacioso, tenía todas las comodidades posibles y estaba muy limpio. El hecho de que tenga dos baños en un punto a favor. Amplia cantidad de menaje en la cocina. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo al 10000000%

The location is great. There is a lot of public transport nearby.

I agreed with the host that I will pay additional 30 Euro for late check-in between 22:00h and 23:00h. When we arrived we found the building but we had no idea how to enter. The host didn't send me any instructions like how to enter the building or which floor is the apartment located, number of the apartment, picture of the front door or anything. So after arriving at 22:10h I attempted to call the host on the phone left in Booking. Nobody picked up and then on my second attempt I found out that my phone number has been blocked by the host. So me and my friends were standing in the rain outside wondering what to do. Luckily good neighbors were coming out of the building and asked us if they can help. I explained to them our problem and they called the same phone number and the host picked up and told them to let us in and to show us the entrance of the apartment. A cleaning lady was waiting for us inside the apartment and gave us the keys and took the money for the late check-in + the tourist city taxes. Outside of that the bed sheets were smelling bad despite being clean. Maybe because they are drying on the balcony near the street. The roller blind in the bathroom was really hard to put down. The first night we thought it's broken so we didn't use the bathroom at all because there are neighbors smoking on the balcony right next to the window and we didn't want to be watched by them. The second day we managed to pull down the roller blind. Keep in mind that on the table there was a note stating that if you want to use the air conditioner there is additional tax of 20 euro per day and you need to empty some water tank every 4 hours by yourself. Our visit was in October so we didn't need to use it but I think this is a useful info for the ones willing to visit the place in the summer.
