Communication with hosts was on time and promptly, on every question we had response in a short time. Location of the apartment was exceptional, right away from nearby plaza and 5 min walk from two of the main metro lines connecting to the city center. Gracia neighborhood was full of local bakeries, markets, restaurants and kid playgrounds. The apartment was very clean with all the necessary amenities that a family needs for short term stay. We could come back definitely.
As an architect I could suggest improving the sound insulation of the apartment, because you could listen outer noise, coming from common areas (staircase), footsteps from upper apartment etc. This could have negative effect after a long busy day in Barcelona, trying to relax and sleep.

La pulizia era perfetta. Quartiere bellissimo di Barcellona con servizi movimento locali , distante 10 min a piedi dalla metro. Tuttavia mi sento di consigliarlo, anche a famiglie (presente comodo ascensore)

Struttura carina e ben organizzata.
Abbiamo scelto l’appartamento su 2 livelli così da avere più privacy, il tutto era pulito e in ardine.
Purtroppo, manca in loco, la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito, sia per il giorno di arrivo (per noi il mattino, con check in al pomeriggio) sia per il giorno di partenza ( volo la sera)

difficult access from a little street. In the absence of on-site staff, all enquiries had to be made by phone/WhatsApp. Was not funny standing in the street in front of the building trying to call an unknown number to obtain information on how to get access to the building and to the room.
