120 m2 in the most beautiful, the most charming district of Barcelona, with life plaza. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two beds, two bathrooms, living room with a sofa bed of high quality, large dining room and American kitchen in the center of the city and well connected.
Typical late 19th floor, completely remodeled and decorated with touches you'll love.
A two or three subway stops from the heart of the city (Plaza de Catalunya).
The 'Today' Gracia historically corresponds to a small town near the ancient city of Barcelona through the current main street (Paseo de Gracia) villa and has kept until today, characteristics forming a very urban grid typical of the old villages (narrow streets, many of them pedestrian and squares. reserved for pedestrians)
A special neighborhood where you can enjoy the daily routine of their people, their children and to get lost walking through its streets become an adventure of new experiences. (Shops, restaurants and places) We invite you to discover for yourself.
The flat also be available for stays of two nights with an additional charge of 40 €.
The apartment is rented completely. You not have to share with anyone else. It must deliver in the same clean condition in which it was received except sheets and towels.
Check-in is available until 20:00 maximum
The apartment have the following staple items in bathroom and kitchen, for your arrival, without any implication that reach to the total of your stay:
Bathroom:
Gel / Shampoo, 1 roll toilet paper, hand soap (for bathroom)
Kitchen:
Dish soap, kitchen towels, napkins, scourer, dishcloth
The provision of sheets and towels will be:
Large towel per person bath and hand towel per bathroom
Set of sheets, depending on the season with duvet or bedspread and blanket up to 7 nights. Spare parts for superior stays.
Baby crib is offered as well as a high chair and stroller for kids (not to use baby).

What a terrific location. The view of the square off the living room provided endless entertainment. The Gracie area is home to many outstanding tapas options and coffee/acai/bakeries for breakfast.

This was a wonderful apartment for our family of 5. We loved being in the town square with numerous cafes, restaurants, and markets. Anything we needed was just steps away! We also loved being able to spread out in the spacious apartment, and the AC was fabulous after hot days exploring Barcelona! The beds were comfortable, and the host was wonderful! Thank you, Javier!
