It’s the location.
There’s no extra black plastic bag for the waste and only 1 provided. We didn’t know where’s the place to thrown it because there’s no instructions provided. Then no shower gel nor shampoo provided. It’s my first time to experience it imagine were 4 adult persons to staying in. And also was really disappointed regarding our pick up taxi since our luggage was delayed to come out and i informed them if i didn’t follow up there’s no drivers available. Therefore we spent 40€ extra for taxi.

The location was very central to the Gracia area with easy access to transport, shops and restaurants. Hosts quick to respond to queries.
A bustling area nearby so can be noisy.

- door handles were broken - only one bathroom - kitchen not well stocked - limited toilet roll
