Stay Unique Apartment Minerva

The location was excellent. Most of the city’s main attractions were within walking distance. The apartment itself was quite spacious and had two decent bathrooms. The bedrooms had everything necessary, even more than expected. I would also especially mention the terrace - it was a very pleasant place to spend time, and we hardly wanted to leave it. The apartment uses a smart home style key access system, which was quite interesting, although some guests might find it a bit inconvenient at first

The main downside was the pre-registration process. They requested an unusually large amount of personal information, referring to legal requirements, although I did not encounter anything similar in other hotels. For example, they asked for passport details, a photo of the passport, and even banking information. To be honest, this felt quite concerning. Providing such data to a trusted booking platform is one thing, but sharing it directly with a hotel you are dealing with for the first time is completely different - especially when a deposit has already been paid and may not be refunded if you decide to cancel.

A szállás tiszta és rendezett volt, minden szükséges dolog rendelkezésre állt. A környék jó elhelyezkedésű, könnyen megközelíthető. A kommunikáció is gördülékenyen ment, összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk.

Minden rendben volt, nem volt semmi negatív.

Great balcony with a view, quiet area, big kitchen and nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. Location of apartment is also quite ok, close to bus station, grocery stores and few restaurants! (For groceries suggest taking few extra minutes to walk to Consum, rather then choosing the store up in front on the main road). Apartment had working fridge, oven, freezer and lovely coffee machine that actually made great espresso! We enjoyed our stay as family of 5 - with one person sleeping on the couch, which might as well work for another couple - to make it a perfect fit for group of 6 as well in my view.

The check in instruction was not really a step by step. When using the link, bare in mind to FIRST call the Attic 2 on a intercom, and then to swipe the entry-link on your phone. It was not so clear, and required us to have a call to support - which actually help us super quick, so just a place of improvement notification to Stay Unique ;) Maybe 1 more picture would make it 200% clear for newcomers! Another thing is the state of the drawers, and some chairs. They were basically damaged - and need either exchanging, or to be repaired - quite sad as this would definitely improve my grade from 7 to 8 or more. Floor is moving and making loud sounds in few places, which might be a bit annoying, especially at night. Bathroom also have a weird feel to it, like it is dirty - but in fact it is just the choose of the colors and some poor finishing conservation technique used. Can be seen on other pictures posted here. Lastly, the Barcelona Fee - after you book your apartment on Booking you get transfered to separate site, when you need to register all passports + pay additional fee, which is not low by any means. I understand that this is mandatory by law / City - but it would be so much nicer to have a mention of it in BOLD somewhere in the listing - to avoid the price´y surprise, after already paying high price for whole place.
