This is a spacious apartment in the middle of Gracia. Its location is excellent with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The large terrace was an added bonus. We were really happy with the apartment and all it had to offer.

The location was perfect, the neighbourhood is quiet and close to a major public transport hub. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The bed was large and comfortable, the bedding was also great. The terrace is very nice, unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it due to March weather.
Not a major complaint, but general state of the apartment was a little more worn out than expected. Everything worked but it seems like updates are in order, for example bathroom ventilation appears to be nonexistent and the loud fan was always running when thermostat was on (even when desired temperature was reached).

Close to shops and restaurants Not far to walk in to the centre attractions
The apartment didnt look like the pictures - it needed work doing to it ie dents in the fridge freezer, kitchen skirting board loose, bathroom roof tiles and around bath needed work, the kitchen cupboards needed painting. Didn’t feel safe with the outside door being the same code as the one into the flat. Quite a lot of noise during the night with banging Towels had stains on The apartment wasn’t clear from the outside and was quite hard to find
