Location and brand new of equipments
Elevators was so old and some residences are not following properly how to use And 2 times we had to use stairs to reach 7 floor

Location is great. The apartment is wide and has all of the necessary appliances to use as a temporary accommodation. Really recommended if you plan to stay several days in Barcelona and want to stay in a central area.
The lift is too small! I understand it is a historical building. But an advice is: you can hardly fit two adults with luggage into it. Since the apartment is on a seventh floor, getting there with luggage using the stairs is not really smth you want to do.

The location of the apartment was good and we were satisfied with the flat itself. BUT: I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE 260€ DEPOSIT I PAID on the 27th of March. On the day of our check out (23rd of April) we left the flat in proper condition. They didn't complain about anything after our check out. I sent an email to the Deco Apartment Team on the 07th of May. - No reaction. I phoned them on 16th of May: a woman called Emma told me, she will send the confirmation that they returned the 260€ deposit to me, but I received neither an email from her nor my money back. UPDATE: With the help of the customer service of Booking.com I finally received the 260€ deposit on the 04th of June.
