Ola Living Diagonal II Apartments

Location is great, the apartment was big and comfortable, the access was safe and easy to use.

I know Barcelona has a small issue with cockroaches, but it wasn't nice finding one on the kitchen counter :(

location and space of the appartment was really great!

the only thing is that the walls are very thin so you hear surrounding appartments very well, but this is inherent to spanish buildings

The location was great for our family of 7.

Could be a bit loud at night.

The property is close to everything and easy to reach any attraction on reasonable walking distance. The apartment is big and renovated.

Being a massive user of booking I put negative response for the customer service which is actually inexistent! You are handled by an ineffective and inefficient chat box and you become their chat box. They promise to solve the problem but nothing happens. We had a serious problem in one of the bathrooms as the toilet was leaking out and we had to dry our own physiological liquids! We alerted the property, they asked us to send the pictures of which we did but nobody came, even after our reminder. Moreover the kitchen was grease and we didn’t dare to even touch it. We did also send the pictures but the same story applied.
