Apartment was clean and spacious, walking distance to many places. Lots of transportation options. A plus was having a lift.

Great location. Not quite in the centre of action, but close enough. Lots of good restaurants near by.
There are a ton of maintenance issues that need to be dealt with by the owner / management. Once these are dealt with it will be an absolutely lovely place to stay, but it over-shadowed the enjoyment of the property because every turn there was some sort of issue that needed to be addressed. Owner seems to be a super nice guy, so I hope issues are addressed and wish him success.
