El departamento está muy bien ubicado, es amplio, cómodo, funcional y confortable. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario. La vista desde el balcón es hermosa.
El cuarto pequeño no tiene buena ventilación y el ventilador no funcionaba.

Local tranquilo mas próximo a estações de metrô e a diversos restaurantes. Apartamento confortável. Bons contatos prévios via sistema. Recomendo muito.
A única observação foi uma demora para a pessoa me entregar as chaves. Marcamos o horário da entrega mas houve um atraso de quase uma hora. Uma questão de menor importância.

Good location, rooms good size . Good size clean kitchen,Nespresso coffee machine
1 bedroom had no window , toilet in master bedroom in a cupboard with door that did not fully close , minimal crockery and no wine glasses. Shame Nespresso machine not in details, could have brought coffee to make use of it Property dark .

It's good spacious apartment. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
this is 2025, why would you charge 40€ for checkin after 08 pm, I can understand an extra charge after 11pm or something, but almost all the flights land at this time. If handing over the keys is an inconvenient then arrange for an online payment with a key box out the building. there are thousands of airbnb apartments who does that. Felt more like a scam .
