Location - metro station around the corner, supermarket too Great communication Spacious apartment
Missing sponges and trash bags in the kitchen Too expensive fee for cleaning - we stayed only 2 nights and pay 112€ for cleaning (surprising for me ) We had problem with water, but everything was solved fast

Die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung.
Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer funktionierte nicht, Bad sehr klein, Küche spartanisch ausgestattet (z. B. nur 1 Geschirrspültabs), Dachterrasse schmutzig und Gartenmöbel abgewohnt.

La ubicación es buena y, considerando que es un edificio antiguo, se encuentra bien mantenido.
La experiencia no fue satisfactoria. Encontramos insectos compatibles con chinches de cama, había hormigas en la cocina y además ingresó personal al apartamento sin nuestra autorización previa. Importante mencionar que es un piso 3 sin ascensor, poco compatibles con adulto mayor o persona con discapacidad. No volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
