About this house rental
Take a break from exploring Barcelona in a bright, airy home in the heart of Barcelona’s best neighborhood, Gracia.
Cook, relax, take a bath, or soak up the sun on our magical terrace overlooking Plaça del Diamant.
Fresh bread, fruit, eco-friendly clothing, a thousand places to explore and grab a drink… Gracia has a charm that will make you fall in love with it. We’ll share the best spots in the neighborhood so you can enjoy it like a local.
It’s a 3-minute walk from the Fontana metro station and a 10-minute walk from Joanic.

The space
Our home is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex. It has a beautiful terrace upstairs with views of Plaça del Diamant.
Entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a balcony and views of Plaça del Diamant, and a half-bath on the first floor.
Upstairs, there is a double suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom, a second double bedroom with two single beds and a built-in closet, and a third children’s bedroom with a crib and a single bed.
You’ll have the entire house to yourselves.
The plaza is usually quiet at night because there’s only one bar, which closes at 11:00 p.m. In the afternoons, there are children playing and families out for a stroll.
Important: This house has stairs.
You have to go up one flight of stairs to enter.

There is air conditioning, fans, and gas heating.
You’ll have the entire house to yourselves.

We have a parking space in the same building for an additional fee. However, it is not always available. Please check in advance.

The house has one flight of stairs to access it. There are also stairs inside (duplex).
The decor may vary, but it’s always tasteful :)
