A 120 m², recently renovated, fully equipped and furnished apartment with a garden and private pool. Located in a building with an elevator, it offers the option of parking in the same building (30 €/day). The minimum stay is 1 day and can extend up to 11 months. Ideal for companies and students.

Important Information Before Booking:
The property manager will send you a link to make the first 30% payment (We do not accept American Express Cards).
The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before checking in, or in cash at check-in.
A deposit will be charged by credit/debit card at check-in. The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Travel Cot: Price 20 €/day, not guaranteed, must be requested 24-48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Late check-in: Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday at our office at "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". A 50 € fee will apply for late check-ins.
The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona applies.
No smoking policy: Smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400 €.
No parties or meetings allowed: If a complaint is received or the police intervene, a 400 € fine will be charged (in addition to the police fine).

Our stay was decent. There are two bathrooms, and one of the shower heads was completely broken so we had to have all of our 9 guests mostly use one bathroom which was inconvenient, but besides that the stay was overall enjoyable and fit our whole group (with three people sleeping on the couch)

The pictures on this listing are very generous. This property sits in a large complex with apartments everywhere - there is no privacy. As for the inside, the kitchen sits on a large slope that looks like a ramp. The freezer was frozen over and not usable. The walls were dirty- fingerprints and smudges- it did not look clean. Nobody had cleaned or even looked at the pool- we had to ask them to come do that, so we lost 2 days of pool time. It was the only place in Spain that did not greet us with a bottle of wine or even a bottle of water, and the property company who checked us in was not friendly. Would not recommend.
