On the positive side, the location is great — almost in the city center, with the metro only about 10 minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s easy to get around. The apartment has a nice terrace where you can relax, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming — they met us right away upon arrival, helped with our luggage, and always responded quickly to messages. The air conditioning worked well and made the stay comfortable. I also appreciated that each bedroom had its own TV, coffee machine, and refrigerator. The apartment is equipped with two fridges, a toaster, and a microwave, which was convenient.
The cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The bathroom was not clean — there was visible dust, stains, and hair. The bed sheets and pillowcases didn’t feel fresh, and the blanket had an unpleasant smell. There were also hairs on the bedding and some dirty dishes and glasses in the kitchen. Towels didn’t smell very clean either. It would also be helpful to have paper towels or basic kitchen towels available.
Noise was another issue — the apartment is located right next to a bar and a busy square, so it was very noisy at night (especially on weekends) and even early in the morning. The person who met us spoke very little English, which made communication a bit difficult at check-in. The Wi-Fi signal was also not very strong and sometimes unstable.

Les appartements sont très bien situés, sur une petite place dans le quartier de Vila de Gracia à équidistance de deux stations de métro, Diagonal et Gracia. De nombreux restaurants à proximité; un quartier à la fois résidentiel et vivant.
L'appartement était spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé.
Si vous venez en voiture, le parking Nepu est situé juste derrière et vous pouvez y laisser votre voiture pour environ 12€ les 24h.
Un vieux bar à tapas de quartier et sa clientèle d'habitués est situé juste à côté des logements. Il vous propose un menu pour 15€ environ. Immersion garantie.
Situé entre deux écoles, la rue est très animée le matin, le midi et en fin d'après midi. A la sortie des cours, la place se transforme en aire de jeu.
Il faut aussi faire avec le mode de vie des habitants et à Barcelone, les week-ends, la place est animée jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Si votre chambre est située sur rue et si vous êtes sensible au bruit, ne comptez pas être au calme avant 3 voire 5 heures du matin. (minuit à 1 heure en semaine). Il faut l'accepter et prévoir en conséquence.
Attention aux bagages lourds et encombrants, l'escalier est étroit et très raide. (pas d'ascenseur)
