The location is amazing, Gracia is a wonderful neighborhood and this makes the apartment worth staying in. Great restaurants and shops on you doorstep and not far to the metro to access the rest of the city.
Apartment showing signs of wear and could do with a deep clean especially in the bathroom and the curtains in the main bedroom.

Location was good for grocery shopping, restaurants.
Property and kitchen appliances are dated. There is an expectation that guests have to bring out their own trash and recyclables. We stayed 6 nights, and didn’t have a change of towels etc. Whilst there is a 24hr customer service that eventually got us the help needed, cannot expect courtesy service.
