Gracia Barcelona Apartment

Apartamento bem localizado, em uma região ótima de Barcelona, cheia de comércios, lojas, restaurantes, barzinhos, mercados, etc. Dá para ir a pé até o metro, ao parque Guell, ou também para a região mais central. O apartamento é grande, todo mobiliado, até acomoda 6 pessoas porém tem apenas 1 banheiro com chuveiro, e isso para 6 pessoas prejudica a experiencia. Todo processo de checkin, pegar as chaves foi tranquilo, bem como o deposito e estorno que foi feito.

Pelo anuncio entendi que possuia 2 banheiros completos, pois não discrimina que somente 1 é completo com chuveiro. Se soubesse não teria reservado por estarmos em 6 pessoas. Outro detalhe foi a cobrança maior da taxa, pois na reserva do booking mostrava 82 euros, e me cobraram 125 euros em dinheiro.

La posizione era ottima, vicino a scuole rendendo la posizione molto sicura La casa grande con tutti i confort possibili Vicino a due linee metro a 10 minuti a piedi Letti comodi e coperte molto calde

Nice place close to metro.

1) There is electricity leak in the shower, you have to fix it. Always close the "Thermo 2" before you go for a bath. 2) They always charge more tax fee, years now and they told me that is a chance one week ago, I see a feedback from 4/2025. Booking said 83€ and they charge me 125€. 3) The washing machine in not working, no water massage on screen. 4) There is a broken table and they never fix it as they told me, no table in the living room. 5) They don't care for the customers, they care only for they're money. 6) I'm a Ginius 3 level in Booking and I travel 3-4 times every year, it is the most "unwell coming" house i ever rend, the Hostel next door is more friendly.
