el barrio me pareció bien, cercano a todo y sin estar metido en la locura... 3 aires acondicionados y un baño remodelado a nuevo. Las camas cómodas y una buena heladera
El depto es viejo y requiere remodelacion en general y en particular en la cocina.

Appartamento comodo per la posizione , pulito, ma inaccettabile che ancora nel 2026 ci sia la doccia con la tendina tra l'altro con la muffa portatrice di funghi e batteri.
Da sostituire la tendina della doccia con un pannello, sarebbe cosa gradita trovare anche solo 1 bottiglia d'acqua in frigo cosa vitale che costa davvero poco e le istruzioni per aprire la porta magari potreste darle più chiare e descrittive
