Bonavista Apartments - Virreina

I requested an early check in that was subject to availability and because our flight arrived quite early in the morning I tried to call the property manager who told he would inform me as soon as the apartment became available which he didn't do. I decided to go one hour of advance and luckily the property was available but the property manager never returned me. The pillows in the bedroom were high and not comfortable. The bathroom door could not be closed during my stay.

Great location, helpful host, easy check in and check out. Helpful little gift box upon arrival.

Beautiful apartment, and everything you would need for a stay was provided for. The location is great. Communication with the staff was fine. I would definitely come again.

The only small minus would be that the bed wasn’t so comfortable, very hard.

Great location in a cool neighborhood

Sofa bed wasn’t made up when we arrived despite being listed as available. The host initially said there were sheets in the cabinet but he was thinking of the incorrect t property. We didn’t find out until 11 PM that there was nothing but a bare, dirty mattress and I was forced to try to sleep in the same room as my snoring friend which made for a very poor first night. Rather than apologizing and righting the wrong the host initially doubled down that I misunderstood what I paid for which was simply not true. We also had zero kitchen soap or kitchen towels our first day.
