息子のインターン期間中に、二人でお世話になりました。十分な広さと、便利な立地（潮見駅からも、インターン先からも）と、清潔なお部屋で、とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。チェックイン前後、ステイ中も、ご連絡すればすぐにお返事をいただけたので大変安心して過ごさせていただけました。
階段を３階まで登らなければいけないことを指摘されているユーザーさんが複数いらっしゃったので心配しておりましたが、我々のように小さなスーツケースだけの者にとっては全く気にならないレベルでした。

駅まではまぁまぁ近く、 周りに飲み屋、焼肉屋がある。
3階に宿泊。床が水平でない、軋む。 窓に手摺がない！建築基準法違反！ コンセントが少ない。脱衣室にせめてタオル掛けか 脱衣カゴはいると思う。 1階の共用の入口の鍵を締めない人がいる。
