This cozy second-floor room gently soothes the fatigue of travel. The first floor of the building is a warehouse, and there is only one room on the second floor; it’s designed like a single-family home, so there’s no need to worry about noise.
It’s about a 10-minute walk from Sumiyoshi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line and Toei Shinjuku Line.You can reach Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Tokyo Skytree with just one train ride. There’s a bus stop about a 2-minute walk away, offering direct service to Tokyo Station’s Marunouchi North Exit and Akihabara without any transfers.
There are plenty of ramen shops, yakiniku restaurants, izakayas, sushi restaurants, and Japanese cuisine restaurants nearby, so you’ll never get bored of dining out. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, so you can buy snacks, drinks, and boxed lunches anytime.
About a 15-minute walk away are the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo, the Edo Museum, and Kiyosumi Garden, and you can enjoy passing through two shopping districts along the way.

The building is old but has been renovated, so you should find it comfortable to stay in.
Since it’s an older building, there are some inconveniences. The stairs are narrow. We’ll leave a large bag at the entrance, so if your luggage is heavy, please put it in the bag and carry it upstairs.
