It’s situated on the road, Initially I got issue to found out because Name board is very small. But overall great experience

Very spacious lots of room, good to have a washing machine, the host was helpful and was proactive in making sure the stay was comfortable

Sadly quite a few things, but I will say firstly that the host asked if there were any issues and tried to resolve the problems but it would have been better if the problem wasn't there to begin with. Firstly when we arrived to the room there was a very odd faint smell, almost like damp or old cigarette smell. There was also a nasty smell coming from under the sinks. I mentioned this to the host and they did offer to come and investigate but we declined. The room did also not seem that clean, there was visible dust in some places and walking around in socks meant they got dirty from the floor. Slippers were provided but they were not disposable, and I didn't feel comfortable sharing slippers. Also, the hairdryer handle felt a bit dirty and greasy which wasn't pleasant. The matresses were not the greatest, but the pillows were awful. I did not find them comfy at all, they were a weird shape and hard and hurt my neck. When using the bathroom it would be nice if there was somewhere to put your clothes/towels, like a hanging hook, but there is nothing so the only choice is the floor or toilet seat which isn't very sanitary. There is not much storage to put your things in general in the room (besides clothes hangers). The entrance to the building had no floor mat, when it rained I felt nervous going up the stairs with wet slippery shoes. There is also no elevator, maybe the listing stated this but we didn't realise so we had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs which was a bit difficult.
